01 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between tq99 ("tq99", "we", "us", or "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player", or "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the tq99 website located at https://tq99.io and all associated services, games, sports betting markets, and promotional offers made available through that domain.

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing a bet, or accessing any game on tq99, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms carefully, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them in their entirety. 4.5 Prohibited Transactions

06 Betting Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

General principles include: bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed; tq99 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where a clear pricing error has occurred; in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability and may be suspended at any time; and minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the tq99 platform — including but not limited to the tq99 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of tq99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the tq99 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any tq99 content without the express prior written consent of tq99. Any unauthorised use of tq99 intellectual property will result in immediate account closure and may give rise to legal action.

10 Privacy & Data

When material changes are made, tq99 will notify registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where more immediate changes are required by law or to prevent ongoing harm.

Your continued use of the tq99 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
